Steve at SM Property Refurb did an amazing job in our home. New bathrooms, hallway tiling and a brand new kitchen were all on the list and completed at the highest of levels. Steve's approach to his work is first class - he has a great attention to detail and ensures things are completed once everyone is happy with it (including himself!). He also offers expert advice on design, materials and how things would work and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
