I called Akos (Sleepwell Security) over the Easter weekend, on an emergency call out. All the electrics in my house had stopped working, despite my efforts. Akos responded quickly, and carried out an inspection. He sourced the problem, and proceeded to correct the issue. He was very professional, informative, and had a lovely friendly attitude. Akos sets his standards very high and will never cut corners. The cost of the work, was to my surprise lower than I expected especially on a Bank holiday weekend. I would highly recommend Sleepwell Security to any of my colleagues......friends......and family. You will not regret it. I will use them again if the need occurs. Sleepwell Security(Akos) recently fitted me a 5mp 4 camera system. Having sourced the best deal within my budget, his workmanship was excellent and was able to use his vast knowledge and experience to advise me in terms of the best position of the cameras, cables etc. After a few days I became concerned with the quality of some images I was receiving from the cameras and after a number of days testing Akos concluded that the cameras he had sourced were faulty and set about replacing them at no further cost.Sleepwell Security is a business that prides itself on quality workmanship and excellent customer service and Akos is prepared to go the extra mile at this own expense, to ensure this is maintained. I called Sleepwell after I had already installed some cameras as something that I desperately needed to do quickly after someone tried to access my home. Looking at the website and seeing all the achievements Akos himself has within the industry I was sure that calling for advice or to check it out would be far too “small fry”.

So I was more than surprised to get a call off Akos where we spent an hour on the phone going over what I was looking for, what i had done and what my reasoning was. Remember, this was a system that was not purchased from him and I didn’t have him install, yet he set up a date to come round and take a look.

Akos arrived true to word exactly when he said he would. Presented me with two forms of ID and got me to show him around where the cameras were. This guy knows his stuff! He went through the things I did wrong, what I should change slightly, went through the recorder setup to do motion sensing recording, positioning, even the legalities of having a CCTV system. All the way through professional but a pleasant individual. I was lucky to find someone in this industry that was as trustworthy and honest as Akos.

Safe to say any future upgrades and installs will all be done by Sleepwell. You get what you pay for but Akos is more than reasonable and his wealth of knowledge when securing your home is priceless.
