The new website that Skill Zone Ltd has designed for AILO is getting very good feedback. Once again a big thank you to the Skill Zone team for a really excellent delivery.

As always, Penny and Sue have been a pleasure to work with and we are very grateful for their expertise and imagination in the way the site has been developed to meet our needs.

A big thank you from all at AILO.

Q&As

A great website puts the website user first, ahead of brand image, designer ego or gimmicks. If the visitor is looking for information about the site owner they should be able to find it quickly, easily and without thinking about it.

1. We would discuss in detail the target audience, who they are, where they work, where they are located and what they want from your website
2. We would ask what does the site owner want the website to do. How will we measure success when we come to renew the management contract with them?
3. What are the most improtant messages the site needs to convey
4. What are the calls to action going to be?

We almost never ask what colour do you like? That is a long way down the list of important questions.
