8am appt. Arrived 7.15am. Doors opened for security at 07.30. Approx 60 people in front of me in queue. Seen by 1st desk at 08. 05, coffee in waiting area, B1/B2 interview at 08.45. Visa approved. Out the building by 08.50hrs. What a slick operation and everyone from start to end of process very pleasant. One observation is that whilst waiting on interview the next person is stood very much within earshot so you hear everything. Kind staff and reasonably quick service. Only take what you need and arrive about 45 mins early. If you are too early you will be turned away. No high bags or laptops. Make sure your phone is charged as you will be expected to turn it on and show it working. More...

Efficient and polite as always. Never a nice thing having to queue up in the cold, and essentially wait in line for high minutes or an hour +; however, everyone here makes it as pleasant as possible. Everyone has a job to do, processes and protocol to follow and have always done it with pride, politeness and efficiency. To be really honest I was just a young boy which I made some silly mistake when I lost my father at the age of 13 which resulted to me having a criminal record dating back 44 years ago, not been in trouble with the law since I have my mother who is very ill that lives in America which I am her only son she is 82 years old and these people showed no companion and refused me a visa I will never forget this despicable experience, for the male person that refused me I hope and pray that you never experience that someone tells you you can't see your parents that you love.......
