How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Firstly I would asses the original construction , check how many walls it has, is a cavity required or not and how well the roof is insulated . This also applies to the floor.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Remove old garage door brick up and install new window &door if required.
If there is no cavity present form new cavity and insulate accordingly by means of stud work or light weight block work.
install insulation to roof/joist space.
Install timber beam flooring on cradles so that the flooring can be insulated bearing in mind differing floor levels if a knock through is going to happen to form new entrance from house.
Install new Electrics points as required by a qualified NIC/EIC electrician and clients requirement's.
Carry out knock through if required and install new door frame.
Plaster board and skim walls and ceilings.
Second fix carpentry Door, Architrave, Skirting board.
Decoration.
Clean down and snag work.
hand back to client for there inspection and approval.

What guarantee does your work come with?
All work that is carried out comes with a defects liability period of either 6 or 12 months.This Depends on the work carried out, 12 months would be for the larger jobs and 6 Months being for smaller extensions and small refurbishment projects.
