This was an exceptionally nice experience. Ali did a great job not only cooking but also engaging with all the guests throughout the evening. Ali, is an absolute delight to work with. He is very considerate at the same time very generous. My husband and I was celebrating our 40th anniversary yesterday 26th August. This was our first time having a private chef and we are sure to see Ali again in the near future. We opted out for a bbq and it was definitely a bbq with a difference. We had about 40 guests and every one was singing his praises. The food was AMAZING from starters to main course and dessert. It is very clear that Ali is very passionate about the food he created. Ali is a very clean and tidy worker. The kitchen was left clean. Plates and cutleries were washed and put away. For once I had a very relaxing garden party that was organised by myself. Ali is very trustworthy. I am a Roman Catholic and we left Ali in the house whilst we went to church as our parish priest was having a special Mass for our special day. When we came home with our guests the food was ready to be served. We don’t think we would be confident enough to try out other private chef apart from Ali. From my first phone call and message with Ali I knew I was safe in his hands. Nothing was too much trouble, menu was discussed, changed and decided quite quickly. Ali adapts well to changes and suggests foods that compliment my choices.
His is a very clean and tidy chef, he also explains all the dishes when he brings them to the table.

What can I say other than absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I’d organised a surprise 40th BBQ and Ali was so supportive and helpful throughout from helping to decide what to do, menu choices and helping with logistics on the day. He really does go that extra mile for you. And, on top of this, the food was absolutely delicious- he catered for 12 adults and 12 children and they loved it, it was so tasty. We had a delicious meal cooked by Ali yesterday for my friends hen party. It is the second time Ali has cooked for us and as always, it didn’t disappoint! Ali came at short notice after we had another company cancel last minute. He tailored the menu to meet our nights theme and it was amazing! I hired Sinin’s Kitchen & Catering to cater for my friend’s hen party located in the Cotswolds. Ali - the head chef - was extremely flexible in the run up to the event, and prepare a bespoke menu which accommodated all dietary needs. The meal was prepared on time and was absolutely delicious, and was topped off with a clean kitchen as all the washing up was done in parallel to preparing and serving the meal. The food was amazing, chef Ali was very professional, friendly and polite. Ali was extremely helpful, from my first contact - advising on menu choices and accommodating all food allergies. On the evening itself he arrived on time and was very courteous, he quickly familiarised himself with the kitchen and dining room and then set about creating his magic! We booked Ali to cook lunch for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. We were a party of ten with four young children, including a baby of 8 months.

Ali’s communication was faultless and he is so very helpful. With his expertise and guidance we had a menu that catered to our tastes and needs, which meant ensuring the children had a lunch which suited them and the adults (some of whom are foodies) all thoroughly enjoyed.

On the day, Ali arrived on time, went to work and then after lunch cleaned up in the kitchen. What I think is of equal importance is that it matters to him that you’re enjoying the meal he has cooked.

If you want a chef who’s a genuinely nice person, easy to deal with and chat to and who knows his stuff then I would highly recommend Ali.

I couldn't recommend Ali more!

Ali came to a holiday home we had hired in Sussex and cooked a three course meal of our choosing for seven adults and two children. From the moment he answered my request to when he left he was super professional and couldn't do more to help.

The food was brilliant and all the guests commented on the quality of the cooking. On top of the food his service and how clean the kitchen was when he left was impeccable.

I hope to use Ali again at some point and would highly recommend him. More...

An excellent experience. How Ali produced a three course Mexican meal for eight people all having different dishes out of an ordinary kitchen I do not know. The food was excellent. Ali is a great guy. Will definitely use him again. Probably a Goan night on a chilly autumn evening.

Ali hosted my wife’s 30th Birthday.

Ali was personable and went the extra mile from the start, catering specially for my wife’s gluten allergy and ensuring that my wife didn’t feel ‘left out’ with a different menu. On the night, Ali allow our budding Masterchef fan, Nephew (9 years) completely involved and made sure he could be part of the process - a really great touch.

Ali was completely communicative throughout the entire process right from pre-booking until on the day of the event.
