What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know our clients, their passions and goals, and how they envisage achieving them. There is so much to learn from each person we meet on a number of levels, which is why we love to adopt an open-minded approach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our key drive is to provide a Service that cares for its clients. For us, each Client has meaning and a connection with us. It is not simply another case file. We want to understand the pains and the goals of our clients, to deliver a service that has meaning to their business, and most importantly, brings out their values for their team to strive towards.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are totally different in our approach. In terms of compliance and the law, we have a diverse understanding of Employment law & HR within the setting of a vast number of fields.
Our approach is what really sets us apart though. We are innovative and friendly, objective and caring, but above all - we put the clients needs first. Our passion is to find ways to use the law and process to connect businesses to their employees.
We are also open and transparent. We do not lead our Clients down the wrong way just to keep them satisfied. But we are imaginative and creative to find solutions where problems do arise.
We also add a layer of protection, as a shield to our Client. Difficult issues can arise, meaning awkward conversations or unpleasant processes. Our philosophy is to humanise the process, be open with the employee and help them understand why their employer feels the need to implement such a process. This way, even if there are disagreements, there is always an understanding between the parties.
And where required, we can make the difficult calls and hold our Client's hand through these tough journey's, always analysing how to improve a situation, both in the present and future.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have been "virtual" friendly even before the pandemic, so we can operate any service online and offsite to keep things safe.
However, if you do need us onsite, we will make sure we comply with your requirements to respect your safety measures, as well as regularly checking in with our team members to ensure they are keeping well and safe.
