The guys were friendly, responded to all queries really quickly and fully explained how the kit worked. I hired the system for a modest sized wedding-type event (130ish people) and barely needed to have the volume past the one-quarter mark, so this would comfortably do a bigger event. Great value and sounding equipment, easy to set up (I'm told) and use - I just plugged the headphone jack into my phone and hit play but there was a way to connect a laptop too.
