Simon is one of the best chefs you can find! Totally professional, super good fun and approachable. Superlative work ethic. He has made me look fabulous with my wedding clients lots of times. His team is also amazing. His food, beautifully presented, even to suit the theme, a taste sensation and served immaculately. If you want a menu that beats the rest book simon! Xxx also his service where he cooks for you at your house is nothing short of outstanding. I know! One of my clients invited me for dinner cooked by Simon, the whole evening was brilliant. They have booked him many times since they met him. Simon even makes the most wonderful centrepieces for tables. My last client from the very large chain of leisure stores "Go Outdoors" loved their margarine sculpture which was themed from the Game of Thrones, as well as the amazing food at their wedding. Simon and his team have catered for Mum's 80th and also for my son's wedding. The food was gorgeous but the most notable strength was in the way that the team remained calm and cheerful. They helped us to relax and enjoy the occasions with family and friends. More...

My signature dish varies according to the seasons but would always be fresh food.

I discuss the clients preferred tastes personally and together we arrange the perfect menu which covers any food allergies within the party.

I have had my own business for 35 years but sold the restaurant to concentrate on the personal chef side. This enables me to travel more often and work on a one to one basis with clients.

Because I attend every event and cook personally. I only take on work that I can handle myself so I can guarantee that every dish in every event is how the client and myself designed it.
