We set Sim quite a challenge to combine three individual companies on the same website and we’re delighted with result. Sim has created a functional and integrated fresh new look while still maintaining each company identity and product range. We had a very positive experience of working with Simeon on the development of our website as well as the company logo and overall 'look' for our new business. We were very impressed with his project proposal in terms of the communication of ideas and professional approach. His costs seemed fair and appropriate.We felt that Sim was an excellent listener, and helped to define the aesthetics of our website equally with the functionality. It's always really hard as a new start up company to entrust someone with the huge task of your company branding by way of logo development. However, I had no need to worry. Simeon Rowsell was recommended to me as someone who could take on this task. I met with Simeon over coffee and in 1 hour I had given my brief of my vision for my company, as the meeting ended I thought "surely, he won't get it", "will he understand my company's aims and ethos". I am delighted with all aspects of Simeon's website design for my new business www.cotswoldelctricbiketours.co.uk. He listened closely to my brief and offered practical advise to clarify how to integrate the website into my overall marketing effort. Aesthetically, the site looks clean, fresh and gets across the essence of my service succinctly, reflects the image I wanted to establish for my business and works well on any device. I am especially pleased with the way Simeon tailored the e-commerce on the site. There is a simple and robust system for customers to book and pay online which automatically generates a booking confirmation for them and simultaneously notifies me. It's also been designed in a way that is easy for me to manage - Simeon provided excellent training, a user manual covering all aspects of site administration and immediate support with any issues - all of which were a function of me being a "techno-numpty" rather than any issues with the finished site itself. Of course, launching a business which has a defined season, I was also very pleased that the project came in exactly on time and at the agreed cost. even though he had to squeeze in his own wedding part way through the project!
