Mathew is thoroughly professional in his approach to work. He is very personable and it was very clear his customer and their satisfaction with his service was important to him. After a quick visit to survey the task, we agreed on a price and a time for fitting an outside CCTV surveillance system with six cameras and a recorder. Matthew and his colleague were brilliant. Had my 65" TV mounted on my wall and the job he did is brilliant. Left zero mess and every wire is out of sight and well hidden just like I asked. All in all brilliant service and would highly recommend.

I rang this company to see if he could help me about a problem I had with my cctv, and I explained what was going on with it. The engineer said he would come out and check it for me when he did he explained some of my cameras have deteriorated because they had been up there for quite a while which I confirmed. Mathew called to give me a quote which undercut the competitors by over a couple of hundred pounds. The day after Mathew's initial visit, my CCTV was installed and running. Mathew is friendly and courteous in his approach, but what really impressed me was the fact Mathew travelled ten miles back to my home two days later to show me in person how to use a particular aspect of my CCTV installation, when he could have easily told me what to do over the phone instead.

CCTV SYSTEMMatthew called in advance to say he was on his way for the initial quote. Quoted a good price and was very professional. I waited for another 2 engineers from different companies to come around on the same day. To be honest they can not touch the service and standard offered by this company. When I talked to matthew initially i rated him highly once I had talked to the others I knew this lads was the one on top of his game.He knows what he is on about knows how to do the job and delivers ad it says on the tin.At actual installation called in advance again came in. Did what he needed to do. Very clean very tidy professional. Explained the set up demonstrated. Job done.I now have a very good security system fitted and feel my property is safe and secure both internally and externally.
