I have a down-to-earth approach, working alongside you towards goals you set. Counselling works through the close attention we give to who you are and what's important to you, which in turn leads to improved self confidence and coping.

Having the privilege of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and walks of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to tailor my counselling practice to people's individual needs without being constrained by waiting lists / standard numbers of sessions etc

I'm friendly and down to earth, I don't use jargon and I'm committed to improving access to the most suitable type of support for each person. I have 15 years' experience within the 4 largest counselling agencies in NI, and am registered and accredited which means my work is recognised to be of a high standard.
