Q&As

I love watching my clients shift patterns they have been stuck in for years. It's so rewarding to watch the growth and healing.

My work is largely informed by my own healing journey. I suffered from depression for over 20 years and vowed to be the support that I wish I'd had.

I am highly intuitive and will gently guide you to be your own healer. I work to empower my clients and don't subscribe to the 'expert' model of coaching. We work as a team and I am your ally and guide. My sessions are not therapy, or coaching; they are holistic and work from the inside out incorporating the mind, unconscious, nervous system and body.

Yes, I provide remote or in-person services. In-person services are carried out in my home in Addlestone

I keep a very clean space, and am careful not to see clients in person if I'm feeling unwell
