By listening to what they want to achieve and then designing a program specifically for them. I review their progress on a regular basis and work with clients to make any adjustments as necessary to ensure progress is being made and not remaining stagnant. I keep in regular contact with my clients and provide guidance and motivation beyond the exercise sessions, this has proved invaluable.

Yes I can provide sessions remotely via video (Zoom, Whatsapp etc), however I prefer to meet with my clients regularly face to face to ensure I am able to connect with them and really understand where they are on their journey.
