How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am a Personal Trainer who will travel to my clients so they are in a relaxed environment either at a local park or at their home address.
from here clients tend to want to workout and stick to their fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
as much as I would like to say it is easy and simple, I afraid it's all about determination, commitment and hard work.
but don't worry I shall be there 24/7 to help you.
What do you love most about your job?
meeting some great people and having to travel to some amazing locations. You would not believe how many nice places there are just around you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been employed for many years and I thought I wanted to have something that I could call my own, to work my own hours and to feel a sense of satisfaction.
Why should our clients choose you?
Well I know just how hard it is to fit in exercise and a busy life. I am a father, I work full time and have to keep everyone in the family happy.
So with an understanding and a commitment to my clients I will be there every step of the way.
