What do you love most about your job?
As a people person, I get involved with stakeholders on various levels from the ground floor up to the senior executives. I sometimes bridge the gap with what the executive think they know, to what they should know. Having the technical knowledge with various systems, I have helped companies save a lot of money by putting in an e-procurement system that has made things transparent, but has also helped save money where they can on suppliers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in hospitality, finance, consulting IT and even as a University Lecturer, many students told me I should be working for myself as I had helped them like nobody has before.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a people person who has knowledge in many areas, where companies need help. Some companies need help technically by training a new system to their staff, implementing a new staff recruitment scheme, retention strategy, paper-based or elearning training system or coaching.
As I have worked with many companies large and small I can share my findings of things that may work in a business or not. I wont push my ideas as when people work in a business, they sometimes need new fresh ideas, but whether or not a business takes them on is up to them, I will only say what the benefits are and help them if they need help. But I wont help a client, if I don't think I can, which is why the first chat is free.
