As a landlord I've used this agency for 3 years now. I ve always found Neil to be helpful and courteous and honest about the rents I can realistically achieve. On this occasion my flat was advertised less than a week and was let with great efficiency by Vee. I was kept up to speed on a daily basis and the signing of contracts etc went smoothly. As a landlord, V is a fantastic person to work with - she's so quick at responding, and also does so out of hours - shows her commitment to her job. Neil, on the other hand, is a hit or miss. When contactable, he's fantastic, but that's the issue - he's hardly responsive. I've literally emailed 3-5 times before I've gotten any responses over the course of a few months.
