Peterborough branch. I arranged for a carpet clean of a specific area of my bedroom carpet (beautiful 100% cream wool). The operative took it upon himself to clean all the carpet and not just the area needing it and left it with weird stripes. I assumed they would hoover out but they didnt. I asked for a return visit and this time the carpet was scrubbed so hard the pile was ruined and it was left stained. They are now refusing to reimburse for my ruined carpet as they seem to think the radiator had had a major leak (2 of the valves are wet but there's no damage on the carpet so clearly haven't dripped onto the carpet - the major damage to the carpet is nowhere near the radiators). I am left with a ruined carpet and being told the operative is insisting the radiators had leaked. I have photos to prove the damage but the person who cleaned the carpet is refusing to take responsibility for ruining it. When he left after the second visit it was worse. My beautiful carpet is ruined. If you choose to use these people, take many before and after photos as they will do anything possible to avoid paying a claim if they ruin your carpet. The area manager has been around and is accusing me of lying by telling me 'I've clearly had a leak'. He couldn't explain the damage near the bed, told me it was probably dirty before (it wasn't) - breaking news, if it was dirty then you should have got it clean. Dr. Polo did an amazing job!!! He removed my breast implants, he did a breast lift, and did a little lipo on the sides and under my arm pics. Right after when I woke up from my surgery I didn’t have any pain or reaction to the anesthesia. It has only been 3 weeks since my surgery, and I feel great since day one. A very rare business model where the owners Paul and Georgie actually care about your furry babies genuinely. A very thorough meet and greet to discuss your requirements where nothing is too much, my dog has allergies and after a very fun walk where every day is different he gets wiped down as requested, his water bowl is topped up and a kong is given to him after his walks to keep him occupied.
I love the way they adapt to all weather conditions and reminds me to leave a coat out for him. I don’t trust many people with my dog or Home but the gang at HHH are 100% reliable and go the the extra mile every time.
Highly recommend as customer satisfaction(the dog) is at priority at all times!

great service, the 2 ladies turned up the day after the plumber repaired the leak,they removed the damaged laminate floor and under flooring and prepared measurements the day after a the flooring manager turned up with a industrial size floor blower and de-humidifier, he took a meter reading and that was it for the week, he returned and took away the blower and took a damp reading of the floorboards. the following week he removed the de-humidifier and did a damp floor reading and an electric meter reading and declared the floor dry. He left us some samples but none that were right for our kitchen we found a similar product to what we had and asked if they could supply that product,after 3 days they rang back saying they could supply the product and made arrangements for a fitter to come and fit the new laminate the following week, took 2 days but did an excellent job.At all times we were kept in the loop by the very friendly and knowledgeable ladies in the office, all queries answered promptly. i couldn't recommend this company high enough for there skill,friendliness and service, well done to you all and thank you. My husband took a days holiday today to stay in and wait for our sofas to be cleaned by service master south Manchester (Heath). He didn't turn up for the 10am time agreed, so I text and have left two voice messages and I've had no response. I appreciate sometimes people are just human and double book etc, but to just ignore my calls doesn't say much about the business. Awful company! Contacted them as recommended on my Next sofas. They sent me someone who ultimately turned our sofas pink in large areas (from light grey). Later found out that the guy (Alan Ford, Bath area) no longer worked for them at the time and had left the business a month prior to my contact. He is ignoring all contact from us, and ServiceMaster have accepted no responsibility as I can't prove my first initial call to their company as 0800 number aren't listed on phone bills. Carolyn Presby, PA has done an absolutely wonderful job with my injectibles on more than one occasion. The end effect was very natural and aesthetically pleasing. She is very knowledgeable in this area. I was more impressed with her when I asked her about doing something else, and she emphatically stated that she is not comfortable doing that area and she would not do so and happy refer me to the physician.
