Want to talk to someone about anxiety or any of the related disorders, depression, relationships and couples or family issues or any other concerns in an open, confidential and friendly atmosphere without any judgements, to explore your feelings and the challenges you are facing.

I also have extensive experience in grief/bereavement counselling should you want to talk to someone about your loss.

I am here to listen, explore and unfold the meanings behind the feelings that are arising in you, so you can make an informed choice on how to move forward.

I work from my home in Sandbach and can also make home visits by prior arrangement. I have worked as a practicing counsellor since 2010 and registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and carry full insurance.

My background is in the engineering section of the lift industry,which I have been involved in for over 40 years and currently also run my own Lift Consultancy company.

So you will be taking to a practical man who has lived and worked in the commercial world not just in a therapeutic environment and can understand the world of work and life balance and the associated personal concerns and issues this may raise for you.
