We initially called Harry out to service our boiler after the normal yearly check had lapsed due to covid. He was responsive, punctual and competitive cost wise. We were really pleased with his work. We then experienced issues with our hot water and heating in the 2 coldest weeks in December. Not only did Harry come out to us on a Saturday he stayed into the evening to get our hot water and heating back on (we have two young children and he was totally on board with getting it sorted, whatever it took). Again he was responsive, informative and upfront with the costs. Unfortunately the heating continued to cause a headache for us all into the following week so there was daily troubleshooting needed and Harry couldn’t have been any more responsive or forthcoming with help and expertise. Always at the end of the phone no matter how frustrating it was for us all. Ultimately the issue was fixed and Harry definitely went the extra mile for us. And although still a cost we could have done without before Christmas, his rates were definitely competitive Vs other companies who I know would have probably taken the opportunity to charge extortionate call out rates. What do you love most about your job?
We love providing a high quality service to our customers. At the end of a job, standing back and admiring the workmanship, and seeing happy customers with smiles on their faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a brand that people can trust, and rely on. Tradesmen don't have the best reputation for reliability etc. We've created a reliable, friendly service, that the customer can feel safe and comfortable with.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are experts in what we do, whether it be an installation of a new boiler, or designing and remodelling bathroom, to them smaller jobs like re washering a tap, or changing a inlet valve for a toilet. You'll always be in safe hands with us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do a risk assessment around covid 19 for each job or quote. We will enquire if everyone at the property is well, and find out if we are required to wear any ppe related to covid 19.
