What do you love most about your job?
I am the welcome rain that helps people thrive, flourish, and grow to become the best they can be.
This is what I love about what I do, my passion is people, my passion is developing people. I love being the welcome rain that allows people to flourish, thrive and grow. How they grow; how they go about growing, is entirely up to them, it is their agenda, yet I am there as the welcome rain that nourishes their growth, the trellis and the framework that supports the emergence of a new way of being.
Being witness to people taking bold steps forward, being brave, being who and what they want to be, seeing them grow as people is a privilege and an honour and I hold that honour and privilege tightly, it is special, something to behold.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I formed my company in 2012 with the ambition of providing world class coaching and training services. I have fulfilled that ambition and I am as passionate today about training and coaching as I was then.
My passion is people, my passion is developing people, and having done this for many years working for others I wanted to do this for myself. I wanted to do it in my way, by offering my whole self, my skills, knowledge and passion to others to support them in their growth and helping them to become the best that they can be.
In 2012 I decided the time is now, it was time for action, it was time to take that step, take that step to start a business focused solely on developing people, helping them to become the best versions of themselves, helping them to see the power inside themselves and helping them to play big and to fulfil their potential and life purpose.

Yes I can provide coaching over the telephone and also over Zoom, all my coaching is audio coaching as my clients and I find this to be the most effective way of conducting our coaching relationship, it really helps people to focus and listen at what coaches refer to as level 3 listening
Life/Personal Coaching and Business and Career Coaching
Before embarking on coaching you need to ensure that it is right for you and that the correct chemistry exists between you and I. To honour this I offer a free no obligation 45 minute taster session so you can experience coaching first hand.
Beyond the taster session coaching begins with a discovery session to assess your current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship, identify priorities for action and establish specific desired outcomes. This session lasts for 2 hours and is conducted over the telephone/zoom.
Subsequent coaching sessions are conducted over the telephone/zoom in one hour sessions, the number of sessions is typically 2 per month when you choose one of our packages, if you need more flexibility I am happy to discuss your needs.
Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personally prioritised goals. You may also be provided with additional resources in the form of relevant articles, checklists, assessments or models to support your thinking and actions. The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on needs and preferences, from on-demand sessions to a set of packages that I offer, my kickstarter package and my accelerator package
The on-demand sessions are exactly that, as and when you need them, however if you are new to coaching I strongly recommend a package.
I offer two packages as follows :-
Kickstarter - This is 8 hours of coaching spread over 4 months.
Accelerator - This is 13 hours of coaching spread of 6 months.
