Please do not use this company, my experience has been bad. On the day of installation of the system think seemingly went OK.
After a while I was told that the battery the had installed was not registering on the system. That they would have to send someone out to look at it.
On having a look I found that the battery is in the middle of the floor not connected to anything in my loft.
Unfortunately they kept telling me that they are trying to get someone out to fix this, but after weeks of waiting, no one has turned up to fix the problem.
The work was done late August and now its November.
I feel that, in my case this company was very quick to install and take my money. but with no after service if something is not right.
