We are a clinic of private psychologists near Newcastle and across the North East of England offering face-to-face talking therapies to help people to find a way forward with emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression and trauma.

We have clinical psychologists, counsellors and CBT therapists offering prompt, accessible and excellent quality evidence-based talking therapy services to adults and children. Therapies we offer include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, counselling, child psychology and neuropsychology.

We offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation with an experienced mental health professional. This step is the part of our service that helps you to find the best approach for your specific needs and allows you the opportunity to find out more about the therapies we offer. Furthermore, you can learn how you personally could benefit from therapy.
