Excellent service from Greg, knew exactly what problem was when door mechanism jammed and we could not gain entry. Mechanism replaced and door realigned with ease and with a years guarantee. Securo Locksmiths (Greg) responded very fast when we could not open our 3 point locking front door. The door mechanism had broken and jammed. Greg knew exactly what kind of door it was and how to get the door opened. He did this with ease but only due to the fact he had great experience and knew exactly what to do. It did still require a new mechanism which he managed to obtain and fit the next day, on a Saturday no less! He was very open and upfront on price with no hidden costs. For the service we got I was happy to pay the fee. I can not recommend Greg and his company highly enough. He is a very knowledgeable, polite and experienced individual that provides great service. Contacted Securo Locksmiths to request a call out to my home to replace broken lock. Spoke to Greg who gave me cost & promised to call out shortly. His price was very reasonable compared to other locksmiths in the area and as promised, he arrived promptly, replaced lock all very neat & tidy. My father who has dementia has been locking himself in the house and folowing an emergency the Fire Brigade had to break in the door. I contacted the Ayr Securo people who came out the next day as asked. He had done quite a bit of research into dementia and understood the problems. He fitted new keyless locks so that his carers etc would not be locked out again. Dad is very happy indeed as am I. It has taken a big worry off my shoulders. The locksmith was brilliant, polite efficient and well mannered. He recommended a course of action for me which I was happy to follow. The price was very reasonable.
