I can’t recommend Intruder Intelligence enough! The prices were extremely competitive, especially considering the technical specifications and functionality of both the alarm and CCTV system.

On site, the team were extremely professional, listened to all requirements and overcame all issues with a smile on their face and did not charge extra for the additional time they spent trying to resolve issues at the property.

Since completing the job we had a few minor issues in relation to the sensitivity of some of the sensors fitted, which the team fixed immediately and without any fuss.

Overall, a very friendly, reliable and professional company who I would recommend to anyone. In terms of both quality and customer service, this company is second to none. Would recommend them to absolutely anyone, no matter how small or big the job!

Services

If you are covered by our annual service contract, you'll never pay an emergency call out fee - it's all included in the service (gold package only). If you do not have peace of mind by our annual service contract, get in contact with us where we can explain in more detail.
Unlike many security companies, we do not charge by the hour for an emergency call-out. Whether it takes us ten minutes to sort out or three hours, the price to you is the same.
If you request a call out between 09:00 and 17:59, you will be charged day rate. Outside those hours and all day Saturday and Sunday, you will be charged out of hours rate.


Why Do I Need An Annual Service Contract Anyway?

False alarms can be a nuisance not only for your neighbors but for you, because if the problem is left untreated it can render your alarm system and weaken its operation. You will either stop switching it on because you don't want to annoy the neighbors or to avoid attending to a site for a false alarm.

There is a good technical reason why you should invest in an annual service contract too. Your alarm has two back up battery systems, both of which need to be working monitored and tested. One battery is in your control panel and keeps the whole system working during any power outage. The other battery is outside in your bell box. The sole purpose of this battery is to keep your alarm sounding if an intruder vandalizes your system.

There are a number of considerations with regard to monitored alarms and systems requiring a police response. These will vary depending on the type of monitoring required.

Essentially, there are two approaches to monitoring alarms:

User/owner monitored - with notifications via speech, voice dialler or/and app notification. These could be trusted family or friends.


Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) - notifications going via a manned ARC, with the ARC contacting the keyholders or the appropriate emergency service.
