I contacted this company regarding the purchase and installation of CCTV camera system. On an earlier rating requested by BARK I awarded this company a 1 star rating. To be fair perhaps this rating maybe a little bit unfair. Secured Solutions have never carried out any work for me because they did not meet my requirements as I will only deal with limited companies, it’s my personal choice. Regarding an accurate rating, this is very difficult for me to award any rating, however looking at their earlier ratings it would appear that they are a competent organisation. I am led to believe that since my initial contact with the company they are now a limited company, had this been the case at the outset there is a good chance that the order could have been secured by them. This company installed my CCTV today and the service was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very thorough and although my property wouldn’t allow the wires to be concealed due to having no soffits, they still installed the system and I struggle to see any wires.
