Giles was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish, even if there was a question he was unsure of he would find out the answer immediately.
Throughout the whole process Giles would explain each step clearly and at no point did we feel under any obligation to use his services, his friendly and warm manner made what can be a daunting task a smooth and trouble free process.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping people and get a great deal of fulfilment knowing that my knowledge has protected somebody's hard earned estate and that it has gone to the right person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a hard working individual. 9 to 5 work has never suited me. The rewards are so much better when you control your own destiny.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always listen to my customers and then adapt myself to fit their needs. It's very simple really. I treat all my customers individually and many have become good friends. I am always led by my customers and never push to make a deal.

I can work remotely via Zoom or I am happy if time and distance allows, to see a customer face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Daily Lateral Flow Test taken. I will keep a mask on if there's not enough space between the customer and myself. I have of course had a booser!

If you have a joint bank account, and your partner suddenly can’t make decisions for themselves, then you can continue to access the account.

However, 7 out of 10 people believe it to be true…
In theory, if one joint account holder becomes mentally incapable then that person can no longer consent to the continued use of and access to the joint bank account by the other joint holder.
The answer: Get an LPA for either Health & Welfare or Finance.
