Extremely professionally and speedy service. The SPS engineer was an amazing kind and professional individual, he came out to the property the day I called requesting home CCTV and fitted the unit the very next day. Nathan talked me through exactly how the system works and gave me a realistic time as to how long the job would take. The price of the unit was reasonable and fair, and actually I felt like it was a really good deal compare to what other companies were quoting me. i liked that he keep updating me about how much more he had left to do and how long it would take as I believe fitting a CCTV unit isn't as straight forward as it sounds. Highly recommend! SPS have installed our CCTV in our business premises which is a busy clinic. From start to finish they have been a dream to work with, professional, extremely knowledgeable, polite and exceptionally high quality. We had specific requirements regarding notifications on our door which was no problem at all. When they were in working whilst we were open they were courteous, tidy and were great with clients coming and going all the time and even mopped the floor in the area they had been working when they had finished :)We are thrilled with our system and working with them was very easy. A very good service. I was given excellent advice and the installation was carried out carefully and cleanly by very friendly engineers who went out of the way to explain what they were doing and getting agreement about where the cables etc should be sited. The price quoted was very competitive, so much so I added extra equipment.I would recommend SPS as a first choice if looking at CCTV and when I need more they will be my first port of call. More...

I have recently had CCTV installed on my home. From the very first contact with Nathan at SPS CCTV the service and advice he gave was excellent. The SPS quote was very competitive, they came out top of the list from the 5 company's that quoted for the job, I was in no rush so took a week evaluating the quotes to before making my decision.The 2 engineers (Nathan and Jack) arrived on the date arranged for the works to be executed, they worked great and installed the equipment and system exactly as they advised, the workplace was left very clean and tidy having done a Rolls Royce job. SPS CCTV is definitely a 5 star service, I have just had a 4 camera system put in by Nathan , it is a high spec system with crystal clear imaging viewing and the attention to detail in the installation is second to none . Helping our customers feel safe in their home or business and providing peace of mind.
We like to keep up to date with the latest technology and equipment and building good relationships with our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration was witnessing the effects of a burglary at a family members home. They felt a massive invasion of privacy and instantly felt unsafe in their own home which outweighed the loss of material items.
Following the burglary I helped install an Alarm and CCTV System.
I couldn't help but think that if they had this before hand it may of prevented the burglary or helped provide evidence to the police to help catch the thieves.
I then went on to set up Secure & Protect Solutions Ltd, with the aim to offer cost effective systems, the best advice and for our engineers to install the equipment to the highest of standards.
