Scraptoft builders [Leicestershire & Surrounding areas] are a general building firm established over 25 year. Starting in the industry as plasterers and moving in to general building for major insurance companies and loss adjusting firms.
We specialise in Extensions, renovations and stone work . We are covered by £1 Million Public liability. For those looking for a quality building company. We are also members of the Federation of Master Builders.

We offer free estimates and can arrange for plans and structural calculations to be drawn and submitted so all jobs are up to date with all building regulations. We undertake all aspect of building works, internal and external. We can give advise and expert opinion on your building projects.

We have all major trades at our disposal. The tradesmen we use have worked with us for many years, so you can be assured of quality, honesty and reliability.

We never ask for money up-front. (All we do ask is, that should you be happy with our quote, to ensure a build date we ask for a small deposit of £100 to secure a build date. This guarantees that you are committed to the project and we are also). Thereafter, our Projects are all dictated by Staged Payments, ensuring that you never lay money out for works not carried out. The Price on the quote will never increase, what we quote for you, you pay no more, unless you decide on upgrades or change to the specifications and all this is agreed before hand as we pride ourselves on being transparent.
