Very happy with our experience with Scossa. We ordered a couple of dining chairs in July, just in time for the Italian manufacturer's August shutdown! Scossa were very good in communicating what was going to happen, and what was happening: in those circumstances, you can't ask for more. Quite simply exceptional customer service. There are many retailers selling high end Italian furniture. Sadly, most lack the most basic of human qualities and thus customer service is void. Scossa is a refreshing change to the current trends.Very knowledgable, easy to deal with, housing many of the best High end designer brands and most importantly they deliver as promised.We were recently in a pickle having been defrauded by Design icons Manchester( aka Calligaris Manchester) for the sum of many thousands.Lee was exceptional in recovering our order in Italy and personally delivering and installing within the agreed time frames. This is the bespoke personalised, honest service. Cant thank this company enough for thew way they looked after me after I was ripped off by Design Icon in Manchester, with my Caligaras table which has now gone into Administration but are now successfully trading elsewhere. Ordered a Sits sofa - and can't fault the great product, competitive price and high level of customer service. The third party delivery company had to reschedule my order, so Scossa personally drove the sofa to my house on the day I needed. As a bonus they have also thrown in some free fabric protector. Helping people create a home they will love for many years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My now husband and I were doing up our first home and were frustrated that we had to travel outside of our home town to find unique pieces. My interest in improving and transforming a space started when I was growing up as my mother always had a home improvement project on and I was always rearranging furniture in my own room. And my husband with an interest in design and home renovation background we thought Preston with its City status award in 2002 was the ideal location to set up our first interiors shop.

Because we are an established business with over 18 years experience, we provide honest advice and have a wealth of knowledge about colours and materials and keep uptodate with current trends.

Yes we can provide our services via online, we have a website to browse our product range and view our customer gallery of recent projects. We can offer virtual showroom visits and discuss your project remotely from any location via email, video call or FaceTime.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In our showroom, we have put all necessary measures in place to keep our customers, their families and our staff safe.
During home consultations, delivery as installations we wear face masks and use hand sanitiser regularly and keep within the social distance rules. We ask that any customers showing symptoms of COVID-19 to re arrange a visit or delivery.
Planning/ layout
We provide drawings using house plans or taking our own measurements to help with planning and layout the space.
Lighting Design
We offer photo realistic designs to help visualise bespoke decorative lighting arrangements for entrance ways, over kitchen islands and other common rooms.
Delivery and Assembly
We deliver and assemble free standing pieces of furniture purchased from our showroom.
