Needed a plumber quickly to install a part that had failed resulting in no hot water. Scorus phoned and arrived within a few hours . The work was carried out quickly and professionally . We had a big leak from a pipe in the roof last weekend. We calledScorus and they sent someone over at 21:00. It's very frustrating and worrying waiting while you have water pouring through the ceiling, but Alex arrived after about 45 minutes and was quickly able to turn the water off for us.
