Depending on clients estimated time frame and the size of the job. We always tend to deliver in time, sometimes even before deadline.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Full project requirements, type of project, type of garments,colours of garments, sizes of garments, exact quantity needed, who will provide the garments, service requirements and full details of printing/embroidery requirements (i.e: front, back, centre, left chest, right chest, large centre, large back centre, front & back, single colour artwork, multi-colours artwork) print-file of logo or artworks.
What do you love most about your job?
It is using my passion for creating, designing and sharing the knowledge of creating out of box and outstanding design creations all around. I love the art of creative design development and printings on garments and accessories. I invest my soul in every job that I take, and I love to see happy customers especially after the completion of their project knowing how pleased and satisfied they are with our work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom of working on your own term and time frame, managing your own work and dealing with people directly. This means I get to share more my skills and expertise by meeting new people, bringing more challenging task or projects.
