What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love working with women. I think women have the most amazing gifts - their ability to show emotional intelligence and empathy combined with their ability to multi task and gets things done makes them a force to be reckoned with. However, all too often, social conditioning and unconscious bias can lead women to doubt themselves, and can cause low confidence and Imposter Syndrome. To support someone through this process of becoming the highest version of themselves is a privilege and an honour for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prior to having my own coaching business, I was a senior leader in a global workforce solutions business. I loved to coach and mentor people, and actually obtained my qualification to master my skills in this area to be a better leader. However, as I was doing my training, I spoke with women daily who were putting themselves down, or putting themselves last. It spoke to me on so many levels, I had been one of these women too. And so I made it my mission to help as many women as I can to reach their fullest, most joyful potential in life.

In case you couldn't tell from my previous answers, I am incredibly passionate about what I do. I have an unfaltering belief in every woman's capability, and that comes across when I coach my clients. We are a team when we work together, I care deeply about the outcomes you get and will apply myself fully to your journey to ensure that you reach your potential.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, or over the phone. If there are any clients local to me who would prefer a coaching session in a coffee shop, or on a walk, that is perfectly fine.
