Tim Gir was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times and was always available either by phone or email. His approach was very calm and measured, his knowledge was invaluable and his grasp of the situation was spot on. My particular circumstances were very stressful and Tim always gave some really solid advice and support. He was able to quickly adapt to my change in circumstances which altered half way through the negotiations and even when presenting him with these hurdles, he still managed to achieve a brilliant result. This review is for me (Andrew Palmer) personally not Lawn Ranger ! I used Tim Gir, for a minor speeding offence. As you can imagine loosing my license was not an option. I knew I was not guilty., Tim was so calm and professional. Ive never used a solicitor for a court offence and never been to court. very worries and nervous. ! I cant recommend Tim Gir enough. He used a very good barrister to perform for me at Court. If you need to use SW, ask for Tim he is superb. Hopefully we never cross paths again, I don't plan on going to court again anytime soon. Sanders Witherspoon acted on behalf of our company with regard to a commercial lease. Liz and Kerry were very professional, pro-active, efficient and responsive. I asked Sanders Witherspoon to help me with a really urgent contract which had to be negotiated with an extremely pompous solicitor and business owner. They never entered into the games the other party played and stayed professional and remained working in my best interests throughout whilst retaining their dignity, and not entering into the arrogance and "I know more about the law" attitude adopted by the third party solicitors.
