+Deep dive analytics into available digital, sales and customer data
+Competitor research to benchmark marketing activity
+Customer segmentation exercise to establish what occasions the brand is most appealing for/relevant to
The results from this research would ensure we are confident on the brands customer base, we’d then use this insight to inform and drive all marketing activity in terms of deployment, segmentation, channel selection and content.
This will ultimately mean that marketing activity will work harder and return faster for your business.
