How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I initially understand what fitness goals you want to achieve and then perform a standard fitness test, which indicates to me your current level of fitness. Then I structure a bespoke fitness program that takes into account your ability, nutrition and weekly session frequency.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I firmly believe that once a clear and effective fitness (exercise and nutrition) program is outlined, consistency and intensity are the key components that will ensure the goals are achieved.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping a wide scope of individuals take control of the the wellbeing component of their lifestyle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own experience as a teacher, understanding sport and overcoming my own fitness barriers.
