We have had a number of sessions with Kate to work on our Frenchies reactivity to other dogs. We had seen a number of trainers before Kate and didn't think we would be able to change how our dog behaves when he sees dogs, so we had been avoiding all dogs for around 6 months before our first session with Kate. Since working with Kate we have made so much progress and can be within a few steps of another dog without Barney being over-threshold and reacting. What do you love most about your job?
Working to build an enhance a relationship between a dog and their owner. There is nothing better than seeing a happy fulfilled dog with their happy owners! Training allows for that.

I am a professional Dog Trainer with experience working with a range of breeds.
Communication, structure, consistency and meeting your dogs needs are the ingredients to solid foundations of a Dog Training Journey. Understanding how to implement these can sometimes be difficult, but I can help with that. My priority is for owners to live a happy life with a happy dog.

I currently do not provide online or remote services as I believe the best results for Dog Training are achieved in person.
Drop-in Visits
Either half an hour or an hour, on your property for a toilet break and play.
Walk and Trains
Depending on your dogs training and temperament, this could range from an off-lead walk, or a lead walk with longline and play.
Solo dog walking service ensuring your dog has one-to-one attention for 60 minutes to assist you with your training goals.
I have a dedicated team of professionals covering:

- North London
- Kings Lynn to Brancaster, Norfolk.
- Wickford, Hockley and Rayleigh.
Structured Home Boarding
Our Structured Boarding / Top-Up Training is designed to provide you with peace of mind while you enjoy your well-deserved holiday. You can confidently leave your beloved companion in our care, knowing that not only will they receive exceptional care, dedicated time and attention but they will have their current training expertly maintained.
You can be sure your dog enjoys their holiday with us as much as you enjoy yours!
Structured Boarding is only available to current clients. If you are not a current client and interested in this service, you would need to book a Private Lesson that would be an assessment for the Structured Boarding service. All dogs must be crate trained in order to qualify for Structured Boarding.
Dog Training
Private Lessons are the best way to get started on your dog's training journey. Each lesson is entirely tailored to yourself and your dog. We can begin to change or create a behaviour in your dog.
I offer one or two hour lessons.
If you have more than one dog it is advised you book a two hour lesson.
Residential Training
Residential Training programmes range from 3-6 weeks. They are tailored to your dog's individual needs, and the goals that the owners have in mind.
Residential Training is suitable for dogs 6months+. The purpose is a complete training overhaul to transform the mindset of your dog.
Residential Training provides a service to ensure you have a well-trained and canine companion, capable of navigating various environments with confidence making the right decisions.
Training can be inclusive of lead walking, recall training and achieving off lead freedom, place training and fixing behavioural issues such as reactivity. The timeframe and thus price is dependent on the dog, their issues and what the owner is hoping to achieve. I would have to have had at least one lesson/assessment to meet yourself and your dog to discuss exact timeframe and price.

All classes are 1 hour long and are inclusive of structured training activities to generalise and proof obedience in the presence of other dogs - working on obedience and dog neutrality, preparing for walks and real life scenarios. Our classes are a judgement-free space for a community of likeminded dog owners working towards their goals! We work on various commands and scenarios, but most importantly we have fun!

Puppy Training
The first few weeks in a puppy's life are crucial, and it is never too early to start training your puppy. In fact, I believe the best way to set yourself and your puppy up for success is to begin working with a trainer before your puppy comes home!
The puppy package consists of 3 sessions:
Session number 1 - The first is a pre-puppy session which is before the puppy comes home to make sure you are prepared and know what to do for the first few days - crate training, toilet training and how to use daily food for training.
Location - Your home.
Session number 2 - To be redeemed within the first three weeks of your puppy coming home. I can come on one of your first walks with you or we can work on home training if you would prefer. Location - Harlow or Newmarket
Session number 3 - To be redeemed before your puppy is 16 weeks old.
Location - Harlow or Newmarket
Virtual Lessons
Our virtual lessons are designed for those of you who live overseas or hours away from me! We can work together virtually via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. I request videos beforehand so that we can discuss these during our lesson.
