Sainlo Events was founded in 2011 but the seed was sown many years before. Chef Jean-Luc Sainlo grew up around a culture of food and social eating in the Caribbean, with parents who cooked real meals with real food. He quickly picked up an excellent sense of flavour and seasoning that runs through all of his dishes today.

Sainlo Events have a clear passion for what they do which is evident both in their approach to clients and in the food itself. They were caterers for a creative week away I spent with colleagues recently and I couldn't have been more impressed with them- the food quality was excellent, it was beautifully presented, and it was all created with a smile. Sainlo events Supper Club was a fantastic blend of shabby chic and exsquiste food. After attending the first supper club last month my partner and I left not only full and satisfied but with a new expectation of what great food, and the complete dining experience should be like.
Your food came plated, in a timely fashion, stunningly presented and if possible tasted even better than it looked.
After falling in love with Jean-Luc’s chocolate brownies I did not expect him to excel so well within every element of our meal. We turned nothing away, tried things we thought we didnt like and left our plates clean enough for the queen to enjoy seconds.

We really love bringing amazing food to an event and exceeding our clients' expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Jean-Luc Sainlo Chef Director at Sainlo Events wanted to be a chef from the age of 11. Working, for much of his career, with some of the top chefs in the trade including Phillipe Chavent, Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Christophe Novelli.
When he had his family he decided hewanted to build a business that not only afforded him creative freedom but that could also allow him to spend time with his family while still providing for them.
