It's not an exaggeration for me to say that yoga practice has changed my life. I have seen huge benefit on my physical health but also on my psychological and emotional well-being. I feel a strength and stability within myself that is a direct result of a combination of Jacqui's yoga teachings and her amazing massage skills. Come to one of her classes, sign up to her on-line classes or just make contact with her to discuss...... II dont think you'll regret it. More...

I've been going to Jacqui for over a year now - she's an integral part of my training now that I've stupidly taken up triathlon. You don't just get a sports massage; you get nutrition tips, training advice and everything in between. Her knowledge and passion is quite something! She's just fantastic at what she does. More...

I love Jacqui's classes. I practiced with many teachers but i have never met teachers like Jacqui. She is one in million, or billion. She is very knowledgeble, feel safe everytime, and her classes are hard work but worth it. The feeling i feel after the practice is somerhing else. Only Jacqui's classes do that. Deep, dope and go inward. As if I have just been to deep in the Agen sea , some days feeling of melting into the another dimention, floaring in the galaxy with stars....depends on what's been happening to me that week also Jacqui's classes certainly make me realise we are not alone in our solar system, if not beyond. Life after dearh is now possible theory to me after pracrices with Jacqui. Physically, i became strong and really helping me cycling and my qi gong practices. My core is getting stronger! I don't often get cold or feeling ill. I am very grateful I have found Jacqui's classes! I defo recommend her classes. And take it easy with her classes, knowing when to back off which is part of yoga practice. Thank you Jacqui! You are the best! More...

I have had the privilege of attending Jacqui's yoga classes since February this year and I am so glad I found such a wonderful class run by an extremely talented teacher. Jacqui's instruction throughout the class is very easy to follow and she is always ready and willing to give demonstrations of the poses and answer any questions you might have. The perfectly balanced combination of the yoga practice, carefully selected music and calm environment makes this class the highlight of my week! I cannot recommend Jacqui's classes highly enough! The level of knowledge and understanding Jacqui has in both her Yoga and Sports/Remedial Massage disciplines at Sahasta is outstanding! This combination magnifies each other tenfold.Jacqui also comes from a background of sports performance, and quite frankly has always pushed the envelope physically herself. You’ll find that her approach is unique, just like she is – and can’t be recommended highly enough! She understands that you want to get back to what love doing ASAP. She get’s you. And I’ve not come across someone who levers her continued education, personal experience and genuine empathy as effectively as Jacqui. Her progressive approach to Yoga teaching is both seamless and challenging in just the right amounts. Her awesome verbal cues, practical demonstrations and music selection make the class experience something special.Jacqui’s massage treatments are incredibly effective at undoing the inevitable imbalances and tensions you build up though repeated postures and physical activities. And the harder you work, the more profound this is. I’m sure she has X-ray fingers! As a strength and conditioning coach and former professional Muay Thai boxer, Jacqui’s Yoga and Sports Massage are now an essential part of my life routine. And I have no hesitation in referring my clients with massage and mobility needs to her services too. I’m truly thankful to have such a professional on my doorstep. More...

Jacqui is an amazing yoga teacher, and an exceptionally talented sports massage therapist . She has ironed out many of my kitesurfing injuries both on the yoga mat and on the massage couch and has basically kept me sane in the process, throwing in a few yogic nuggets of truth about how to mentally manage injury.

Yoga: Jacqui is the real deal - with her background in sports performance and sports massage, she understands bodies (all different kinds of bodies! ) and her yoga classes are adapted to the needs of everyone in them. She is focused, precise and clear, and has modifications ready where appropriate. Her cues are balderdash free, and she is intent on making her teaching accessible and achievable. But her classes are also hard work: you will sweat, you will feel intensity, you will try to back away from some of the challenges and, in doing so, become aware of the excuses we make to ourselves on a daily basis to avoid discomfort. However, because of her outstanding knowledge, she always ensures that this discomfort is safe. And it inevitably leads to a restorative sequence where you have never felt bloody better!I've practised yoga with a lot of teachers: I've never found one with the combination of knowledge, skill, presence and understanding that Jacqui has. Her teaching and sequencing are masterworks in how yoga classes should be. Bury St Edmunds is a lucky town.Sports massage: Jacqs can find and release the spots you know you have problems with, as well as the ones you were unaware you had, at least until her magic hands got to work. She's truly adept at creating space and freeing up tightness. I've had all kinds of (minor) issues over the years I've known her: she never fails to track down the source (or the multiple sources) and release the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
