I had a one session with Sage, I was having a moment of self awareness & I wasn’t sure what was happening to me I was a mess, he made me realise what was happening & made me a lot more calmer. I love helping people find solutions to issues that they have been struggling with and help them improve their lives. I love seeing people happier and feeling more in control of themselves and their lives.
Mental health is now being seen as vitally important and I feel privileged to work in such a valuable profession.

Having struggled with a variety of mental health issues myself since childhood, I finally sought help and managed to transform my life. I decided to train as a therapist to help others and make a difference.

I offer all clients a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space to understand more about them and their concerns. If they decide to move forward with therapy, over time, we can examine past experiences and work on more empowering ways of thinking, feeling and being. Most of all I want my clients to know I believe in them and want them to know they are worthy of happiness and a better life.

I offer sessions in person or via video call i.e FaceTime or WhatsApp

I can help you improve your mental health and your life by providing a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings. I can teach you simple and effective tools to feel more at peace, better manage your mind and make better choices and act as an accountability partner to help you do the necessary work in between sessions to create productive habits that will last a lifetime.
