As a LinkedIn Expert, I regularly run LinkedIn workshops across the East Midlands. I asked Carla Garey and the team at Saffron Catering to provide me with menu choices for a buffet lunch for my delegates.
The food not only looked amazing, creative and beautiful, it also tasted AMAZING! The Saffron team went over and above my expectations, the delegates were super impressed and everyone commented on how wonderful the food was.
The presentation was just lovely and the added touch of complimentary cakes with my branding and a copy of my LinkedIn book on them was simply wonderful. I was able to generate a lot of extra visibility through LinkedIn and other social media platforms by everyone on the course posting a fun picture about the training featuring Carla’s gorgeous branded cakes.
Carla and her team ooze professionalism, expertise and make yummy food! Whether you are catering for 2 people or 1000 people, Saffron are the absolute experts in the corporate catering industry. I would have no hesitation in recommending Saffron to any business that needs buffet lunches, BBQ’s, gala dinners, contract catering or corporate events such as summer balls or Christmas dinners.

Saffron did an amazing job at our wedding at Norton Fields Barn. Professional from the very beginning they tailored an amazing menu for us and were great at making the wedding very Gluten Free (as the groom was a Coeliac) Everyone I spoke to said how great the BBQ was and there was a great selection of food for all our guests. The canapés were so tasty and the evening buffet was not only laid out like a work of art, but also tasted amazing. Cake was cut and even wrapped up and put into the boxes we provided. Perfect food for a perfect day! We got some many compliments on our wedding food choices and nothing was too much trouble for the catering team. They even provided us with a box of pizza to take home after noticing we didn't really have time to enjoy it on the evening. Saffron catered at our wedding at the glade on Saturday and without a doubt a big five stars from us. After a change of heart about the venue we had originally chosen only 8 weeks before the wedding Carla made me feel at ease and sorted everything. She put me into the hands of Kim who was just truely amazing. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Last minute ideas, emails and texts and still Kim sorted everything. Everyone of our guests commented on how great the food was, it was just a shame my husband was still full from the wedding breakfast to try to hog roast as it was so tasty.
