What do you love most about your job?
Satisfying the customers expectations. As a business we survive on repeat business so keeping the customer happy is key to running a successful business. We have excelled in this over the years and now have a very long list of satisfied customers on our books that we always do repeat work for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To deal directly with the customer. Before turning self employed i was working for other companies on large social housing projects. I would always carry out work to a good standard but the company would get the benefits from this. Now i am self employed i reveive the benefits myself. I get my motivation from dealing directly with the customer and keeping them happy, the best advertising is the good word of mouth from all our happy customers.
