Recently I lost my phone, the first time in 40 years, and was lost without it. Fortunately for me I got to speak to Zaria Davis for help and advice. Straight away she owned the problem rather than passing me off to anyone else. She made me feel as though I was the most important person she had to deal with, although I am sure that all her other customers felt that way too. She is professional, empathetic, respectful and professional. She also returns calls when she says she will and doesn’t shy away from delivering bad news politely and clearly. My experience with Blu Sky was terrible, right from the day after signing the 3 year contract and I vowed that as a company we would move away at the first opportunity, however my experience with Zaria has shown that Rydal is a very big upgrade on the shambles that was Blu Sky, to the point I would now consider a renewal. Had an issue with billing at Rydall and after flagging this to the team, I was contacted by Jack Marriott who has taken over as our account manager, he arranged a face to face visit which was admirable, and had prepared potential solutions for us prior to the meeting to bring the costs back down. I found him straight talking and fair, explaining the disadvantages and advantages of each solution. Hopefully the changes we are implementing will bring our bills down and improve other areas of the business as well. Would highly recommend Jack for finding solutions for problems. I have recently been dealing with Tracy Hill as a result of queries arising from the sale of BluSky Group to Rydal. Tracy has dealt with these issues thoroughly and professionally throughout, and with great patience, and has always kept me informed of the various stages of the process. I have great confidence now that any issues that may arise in future will be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible by Rydal. We have recently upgraded our telephone system to a Grandstream Touchphone supplied by Rydal. We are more than happy with this equipment , its easy to use and looks great too!
