I had the opportunity of working with Ryan at the APM's Women in project management forum , and the level of professionalism, care and sociability received were quite outstanding. Ryan made sure myself and my colleagues felt comfortable throughout the different shoots on the day, and constantly checked that we were happy with each picture taken. At the end of the day Ryan also provided those of us who were interested with his business card in case we had any queries, I ended up contacting Ryan and once again he was more than happy to help. Ryan was an absolute legend! I asked him to take fly on the wall photographs for my Mum and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary. Bearing in mind, my parents were quite resistant to the idea as they didn't want a camera being poked in everyone's faces, Ryan was absolute first class. He kept firmly in the background but still managed to capture so many wonderful moments and I really felt he somehow managed to capture the personalities and characteristics of people he had only just met. Ryan is great to work with and produces beautiful photos. I've been meaning to write up this review for months... Last July my parents were visiting us in Oxfordshire for my dad's 80th birthday and my sister and all her family (husband and 3 children) were over from Canada on a rare visit to the UK. I wanted to arrange a family photo without having to travel too far from home as my dad can't walk far without assistance. Ryan delivered exactly we needed, was great value and lovely to work with. He came out to my village and took photos of our family on the village green. The photos were lovely and my family will treasure these rare images of us all together. We all felt that Ryan was very professional but also was trying to help us to get what we needed rather than being focused on making us spend the highest amount. What do you love most about your job?
Being a photographer introduces me to people and interesting places that I would ordinarily not have had the pleasure of experiencing otherwise.
As a Commercial Photographer, I have found no two projects the same. Every job I'm called to do has its own unique challenges. I absolutely love troubleshooting until I get great lighting and engaging subjects.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had the desire to create images for a living since I was a teenager.
I realised that photography was something I would never be able to stop doing.
I thought to myself, "If I was told that I'd never earn a penny from photography again, would I continue to do it? YES.
If I was told I had £1,000 000 in the bank and I'd never need to work again... would I still do this job? YES!
