No PT session is ever the same and they always leave you feeling accomplished. Learning new techniques on the old classics that take you out of your comfort zone but within your capabilities of Russ’s mind (mine would quit at rep 20) I always doubt my own capabilities but Russ is brilliant at what he does and gives you the Rocky like determination to no longer be the underdog.

He wants you to be able to complete a workout knowing what you have done, and why you have done it. He is big on technique and knows if something is going to work or won’t. I work with Russ 2-3 times a week and if I’m not working with him in the gym, his blog is a really informative way to learn which exercises I can be doing. So definitely check that out! Plus, I know personal trainers who charge like £25 for 1 hour gym sessions and you don’t even get a full hour. Russ’ PT sessions are £10 and he always goes above and beyond to make sure you get that full hour.

There is no such thing as a two week program to get you ripped. Learn the fundamentals, do them well, and take each day as it comes.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people's personality change as they move away from "I can't" to "I can".
There lies within you an iron will, one which will not bend and will not break. It is waiting for your attention.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in gyms my whole career, but found my calling when I took my business online and built my audience. From there, it stemmed to moving away from fitness instructor work into continuing to build my own name, so that's what started the journey.
