This review is a tale of two half’s, Vanessa was a super, hard working professional cleaner who did an exceptional job, her cleaning counter part the same could not be said, he spent more time out in the van than inside and the lack of cleaning he did was inconsistent- he so let this company down in many ways. I spoke to Valentine who did offer to send Vanessa back to re do the cleaning of areas not done correctly but we we’re unable to get our schedule to suit times/days, eventually after I requested twice for a reduction in the price that Valentine agreed to do that. My advice if booking this company- request Vanessa and not her male colleague. More...

Hie Lubna our prices used to start at £15 an hour not £10 we have never been that low. As we bring our own products. I cleaned your house upstairs and downstairs and told you after our prices were increasing as the cost of living has also increased. Your was so clean compared to what it was when l walked in.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the transformation from dirty to clean, it is the most satisfying thing. Seeing the customers face when they see the clean rooms.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have OCD, l clean a lot of times so l thought instead of me doing it at the same house l could as well assist others, hence why l started cleaning.
Why should our clients choose you?
I go the extra mile, nothing is ever big for me, l always make sure that the customer is satsified with the outcome.

I clean remotely , l enjoy going to people’s houses and cleaning as no one is the same. I get to learn different techniques on how to cope with different situations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wash my hands with soap and water ,l sanitise before and after every visit. The equipment is cleaned and washed ready for the next visit.
