Fitted an alarm for my mum some time ago. She’s been in contact since Dec 2017 because it doesn’t work. Was told they’d come on August 8th 2018, she waited in and nobody came. No reason why, no contact. Rang today and left a message to receive a text with no apology for shoddy customer service and basically told to change the batteries. 100% the attitude to build a customer base! Irrespective of there being no warranty, if you tell a customer you’ll come to look at something you at least apologise or even merely contact if you’re unable to make it. More...

I started my own business when I left the Police. i wanted to continue to work protecting people but in the private Industry instead.
