R.P Fencing and landscaping

I hired Ross for a fence and gate job based on a recommendation but AVOID AT ALL COST. He sent a vague quote via text, lacking details. During the project, he repeatedly asked for more money, left the garden dusty, neglected soil/rubble removal and refused to fill fence edges without extra payment. He even added an unrequested fence panel instead of double gates as requested for a like for like item altering the agreement. He demanded payment, which I hesitantly transferred to his personal account. He promised to return to finish job but hasn't responded since, neglecting invoicing and warranty certification. His poor planning caused a boundary issue which is a big issue and he is not returning calls or messages. DO NOT HIRE HIM HE IS A ROGUE TRADER. More...

Ross did a great job of installing a 7 panel fence on our difficult site. For a very reasonable price and very tidy.
Pleased to recommend.

Unreliable, Ross gave me his word that he would finish my garden. Now I need to get someone else in to finish work which he has been paid for. Would not recommend

Fantastic communication and a quick, reasonably priced, neat job. Exactly what I needed to feel secure again after a burglary at my home. Would/will use again. Thanks Ross.
