Do not go anywhere near these scammers! Left a review and they managed to take it down.we paid £3,600 to get the our back terrace roof beam re-done,slates organised ,pointed and new gutters fitted which they did not completed btw. After a year we had another leak and got a local roofer instead as suspicious and lack of them picking up the phone made us go to another firm and told them what was suppose to be done.
For the amount of money I paid to royal roofing I was scammed out of pocket as the £3,600 would have given me a whole brand new roof,royal roofing only did the beam but poorly done,slates was not secure and some was all over the place.Royal roofing sent me fake photos of the progress they seemed to have done.if I had enough evidence and proof I would and will take legal action against these scum! Hi me and my husband had our roof done for a leak that was over the bedroom I thought they sorted the problem but 3 weeks later we had heavy rain and the leak was still there tried to send messages and calling but didn’t seem to have much luck and we ending up paying another firm to get the job done correct and still message them and called them because it’s supposed to be a 5 year guarantee it’s not right that we have to lose out on all this money we payed to them for a job that they didn’t do right.
