How long have you been in business?
Royalcare Healthwas established in 2013 and has since been supplying carefully selected staff to Hospitals and Nursing and Residential Homes in the South Yorkshire area and beyond. Our Home Care packages are uniquely designed to meet different levels of care needs from the simple to the more complex needs. With its head office based in Sheffield, Royalcare Health is rapidly expanding and a force to reckon with, through delivery of quality care with passion, dedication, and innovation-8 years

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people and it is a wonderful job our fantastic team are making a real difference to our clients’ lives and that’s what I believe real social work should be all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At Royalcare Health, part of what inspired me to start care company is to increase the quality of life for our clients and the quality of work in our caregivers. I decided that setting up my own care company was where I could do my best work. I can support the clients to get the best possible care and support, plus I can ensure that the staff supporting them are well trained, feel valued and respected for the fantastic job they do day in day out.
Why should our clients choose you?
We understand the complex dynamics involved in home care services and the fact that we are providing sensitive care to vulnerable individuals. As a result we do all we can to ensure that all our care workers are carefully trained to meet industry standards. All our care staff undergo enhanced DBS/CRB checks. Our rigorous compliance procedures including identity checks and two satisfactory references mean that our professionals are carefully vetted prior to joining Royalcare Health.
